MFA problem

We are experiencing problems to login to the Azure portal. We are using MFA with the MS Authenticator. When registering a new Sign-in method at the end of the process there is a test request that works. But later when browsing to the Azure portal the authentication request is not received by the phone and thus the login is not successful.
Since I cannot login I cannot create a support request either.
Please advice!
