Issue Definition:

Log in on one phone we get multiple accounts from the same email and it just goes in a loop when trying to log in. After we type my password then it goes to authenticator then loops back to password a couple of times before we get error.
Workaround:
=================
Reset the phone and install company portal before activating Icloud. This time, we did not get any accounts. Then the login is successful.
