AD user can't login in virtual machine (authentication failed) even when correct credentials entered

Hi! I have this issue where, I have active directory with some users they can log in to their laptops but can log in into virtual machines which is connected to ad, I have checked the dns its working fine, I have checked GPO it too fine the password for a user is set to never expire and I am user exact username and password and I am facing authentication error.

P.s. When a new ad user is created I can login into virtual machine and laptops

    Have you tried entering xx\ before the username where xx is your domain?
