Hi All,

We are facing a rather strange issue in our ad regarding auth issues.
Scenario: accidentally an Computer OU in our AD was deleted and after that restored through Veeam.
For now after some investigation we still can not find the source of this problem.

Issue: when logging in End-user\account gets error: pw incorrect.

Temp solution: restart machine/server

Question: Please help to pinpoint the issue for us not to have to restart every machine/server in our AD

Feeling like i am missing something but until now no succes finding it.

Is replication healthy? Any errors in the event logs on the DC's?

    Hi OomKoo,

If you're only required to restart your PCs and server once, it may be that the AD is resynchronizing and therefore restoring the deleted OU and allowing the log in. You may need to reboot the entire network in order to resolve this issue.

I hope this answers your question.
