Hello,

When using the ppkg file on an unattended.exe, when it tries to join domian an error the username or password is incorrect, I have checked but the username and password is correct. The machine restarts and joins domain.

Is there a way to fix the username and password error?

Thank you

    Hi Hayley-0725,

Please ensure that you're using the full domain name in the ppkg file e.g. domain.com and not just domain.

Hopefully, this should resolve your issue.

I hope this answers your question.

    Hello LimitlessTechnology-2700,

    Thank you for your reply.

We are using a single name domain, due to legacy issues and the domain is very old, this cannot be changed.

Do you know any ideas how to bypass the pop up?

    Thank you for your help
