Access Denied

got this error message. I don't know from where i have to give permission to my iPhone Application. I tried to get messages from my account.

Hi,

Have you went to settings to check ? You can delete and re-install the Authenticator. It should give you the pop-up. Else, you should disable the "App Lock" feature in Microsoft Authenticator by going to Settings, then Security and "App Lock" (On/Off).
