Runtime error 438

Bonjour,
nous rencontrons l'erreur 438 lors de l'exécution d'une fonction d'appel de macro.
Nous avons 2 macros.
La première est directement dans le document que l'on ouvre et s'exécute à l'ouverture.
Cette macro ajoute une macro (macro2) dans les addins de Word si celle ci n'est pas présente via 'Application.AddIns(l_strAddinName)'.
Macro2 est dans le répertoire %APPDATA%/Microsoft/Word/STARTUP.
Depuis la macro1 on essaie d'appeler une méthode de macro2 avec la méthode 'Call Application.Run methodToCall'
C'est à ce moment que l'erreur se produit.

Depuis fin avril 2022, début mai 2022 on rencontre cette erreur de plus en plus fréquemment quelque soit la version de Word.
L'erreur ne se produit que lors de la création du premier document.

Quelqu'un a-t-il déjà rencontré ce genre de problème ?
