Problems with kaizala api

Question

When sending message to a group I keep getting the following error.

message": "Token does not contain tenant information. Please provide a access token containing tenant information.",

"errorCode": "InvalidToken",  

"errorCategoryKey": "AuthException"  

How often do we have to have to refresh token. We are looking at atomating are scom alertes and sending messages to are support staff.
