Microsoft Autenthicator

I have problems accessing my Microsoft Partner Center or Office 365 account, I don't have the Microsoft Authenticator App on my phone and I can't accept the requests because when I register my registered email it doesn't allow me to enter it in Microsoft Authenticator by that the cell phone I had previously was damaged and the App was registered

What I can do ?

Since I did not make any backup

    I can't read those but try to select the Sign in another way link (this assumes another way was setup)

    It also gives me the option to enter a security code but I don't have it211756-imagen2.png

    It does not let me enter with any other start option, it is necessarily asking me to accept the Autenthicator request but as I indicated, I do not have access to my Autenthicator211794-imagen1.png
