Issue with creating resources for microsoft learn, incorrect options

Question

I am working through the Introduction to Microsoft Azure Cloud and am having difficulty creating a resource for this exercise: "Exercise - Create a website hosted in Azure".

I activated my account and I am not sure this happened correctly. When I follow the exercise to begin creating a resource, I do not have the same fields as shown in the exercise.

The exercise calls for creating a wordpress resource. I searched marketplace for wordpress, then clicked "create", per the instructions. I am then brought to the initial creation form that starts with the following fields:

• Subscription. Concierge Subscription is selected and is the only choice.
• Resource Group. I selected the only available option. It starts with "learn-".

Then I get options for region, os, etc. These are not options as described in the exercise. At this point in the instructions you are to select a database provider from the dropdown and I don't have that as a field.
