When performing a separate integrated runtime start on a configured service I wonder if it can affect PaaS DB in service.

Configure pipelines within the Data Factory for data processing, such as running SSIS, around 10 a.m. every day

Trigger registered for processing.  

The pipeline processing is handled at a separate Integration runtime  

Due to cost issues, the integration runtime is being started at the start of the job and then terminated at the end of the job.  

 

Perform a separate Integration runtime startup in service configured as described above  

I wonder if it can affect PaaS DB in service

Sorry little unclear with ask here. You mean to ask if there is any performance impact on PaaSDB when you start and stop Integration runtime? I am not sure how they are linked each other here.

Could you please help with more details on ask? Which PaaS DB you are consuming here in Azure? How it had connection with IR here?
