I can't start VSStandardCollectorService150

When I try to start this service, I get an error that this file is not there. But there is a problem, I can't find the "Shared" folder at all. Through Visual Studio Installer, I installed C++ profiling tools. Yes, I reinstalled Visual Studio 3 times, but everything is even. What could be the problem?

Сделал восстановление VS через Visual Studio Installer. Переустановка почему-то не помогла в те разы, хотя я переустанавливал удаляя всё. Теперь всё работает.

I did the restoration of "Visual Studio" through "Visual Studio Installer". Reinstalling for some reason did not help. Now everything works.

Kindly download and install Microsoft Visual Studio and .NET Log Collection Tool.

The log collection tool collects available setup logs from all supported releases of Visual Studio, .NET, and SQL Server from your computer, and can help Microsoft diagnose issues with installing products from the Visual Studio family. If you encounter any setup-related issues and contact Microsoft Support or Visual Studio, you may need to provide these setup logs.

Tried those things, repaired, ran the tool separately, still does not work. Cannot start the service, VS diagnostic tools not functioning.
