Hello

In our DNS Domains in Office 365, we use the option "dns online services".

We are going to integrate our O365 environment wih a third-party spam filtering.

How can we modified the MX records to point to the third-party Spam records? (Now we are using mail.protection.outlook.com records).

Ask your DNS provider to make the change. If you control your own DNS records and can make that change yourself, then do that instead.

Hi @Joaquín Cánovas Andreu , agree with Andy, navigate to Settings > Domains, choose your domain then manage the DNS records list below.

You could refer to the official document here: Manage mail flow using a third-party cloud service with Exchange Online introduces about the scenario MX record points to third-party spam filtering in detail which will be helpful to your environment.
