Connections to https://api.nuget.org/v3/index.json appear to be refused by the nuget.org. it seems our IP addresses are blocked. please help to solved this issue.

Hi @Zwe Hlaing Phyo , is there any detailed error message? Does this issue appear in Visual Studio? Which version of Visual Studio are you using? If you try to use browsers to access nuget.org will it work? Besides, is there any limitation on your network(proxy, antivirus software, group policy…)?
please help to solved this issue.
