Hello

Please i need your help on this.

We are testing Teams SIP Devices on a Polycom VVX 410 phone. (mac address 00:04:xxxxxxx)

The issue we are experiencing is Call queues on the devices are showing as random letters and numbers. For example, we have a call queue called ITTeam which users ring and calls the phone with mac address above and the phone displays it as 28:678da283-xxxxxxxxx rather than the actual number which has rang.

Is there something I can do/change to get this fixed?

Is there also a way to add a directory as the provisioning server is hosted and we cannot add an xml?

    Hi 66304432,

Call Queue is not tested with the MS sip gateway at the moment.
I have tested the same with my Audiocodes and Yealink phone and it works with showing the phonenumber.
I would agree to contact Poly, why the MAC address is showing, because the from header on the sip invite contains the phonenumber.
