PowerApps what can you do? Is it just strictly for creating "business apps" or can you make an app that consumers can use that is part of business?

Hi,
I was thinking about purchasing Microsoft Powerapps because I noticed there was a way to use your Figma designs. It appears as though the types of apps are mostly business. Is there anyone stopping you from getting a template for a consumer app and using the Powerapps tool? I would really like to use it for this purpose, the price seems right and maybe someone can inform me about Powerapps in general. In case anyone is wonder I have my own busines and have already signed up for business with Microsoft
