Issue with Access code

First a fall I have two MCID and here I posted my query and some one of you help me to get my primary account and my MCID to get my certificate I want my Access code . To reset my Access code there I am unable to enter my MCID to accepting only 8 digits of MCID but mine is 9 digit code so please guide me through this.
