So the 1st problem was my camera was broken and when I went on camera, zoom, other apps that have a video call my video was just the thing you would see if you pressed F8 on a laptop and your camera turns off, the problem here is that even if I pressed F8 again the thing that would show up was the camera with a diagonal line in the camera, even if I pressed it 2 times, 3 times, any amount it would still not turn on my camera, my camera was on on the app its just that the camera was broken. Then I turn to the internet to solutions, one was about Device manager and I was gonna disable it then turn it on but I accidentally uninstalled it, I tried going on the internet but the instructions were kind of confusing, and now I turn to Q&A on Microsoft, now here we are.

If anyone can answer in the next 2 months that would be great as I am trying to fix my things for my school, starts in about 2 months

It's hard to say what to do without knowing more about your setup but go into Device Manager and tell it to scan for hardware changes. Any built in devices should be picked up and reinstalled. If your camera is connected via USB or something then you'll have to unplug and plug it back in instead. If your camera is part of your laptop then go to the software downloads for the manufacturer. They often provide drivers for the various onboard devices. You can download and reinstall the driver.

As for the video issues and whatnot, you could have a bad camera. I didn't fully understand what actual problem you were having. Irrelevant reinstalling the driver may or may not resolve it. If it doesn't and the camera is built in then you'll need to either get support from the manufacturer or not use it and get an external camera instead. Windows 10 comes with camera software so if it doesn't work in that properly then it is likely the camera is bad.
