Windows 11 and Edge Sync functions broken for GCC High

Backgroud:
We are a defense contractor, so we use the edition of Office 365 called GCC High. GCC High is locked down and does not support all the same features as the commercial Office 365.
One of the things it does not support is Syncing your setting for Windows and Edge (I assume using OneDrive for Business).
From what I understand, it doesn't work because the Microsoft Graph has not been approved for use with GCC High.

The Problem:
A new "Please Sign In" link showed up in Windows 11 File Explorer this week.
It clearly is not supported by GCC High, but instead of giving a clear error telling the user that the function is not supported by GCC High, you just get a error screen packed full of useless data and then the user opens a help desk ticket with our local helpdesk! (I'm the IT Manager)

This is also the same problem I have with the broken login function for Edge. Also not supported by GCC High.
When you login to Edge with an account on GCC High at least now it says "Sync is not yet available for accounts in this sovereign cloud".

If these things are not supported by GCC High, they need to be hidden or handled gracefully.

    Hi @Ed Hammond ,

Yes, Microsoft Edge does not yet support GCC compliance, for customers in GCC High Cloud, Microsoft Edge synchronization is disabled. You can refer to ** this document ** to learn more about the Microsoft Edge enterprise sync FAQ.

By the way, if you have any suggestions on this issue, you can send feedback to the relevant teams, which will also help improve Microsoft Edge. Just press
** Shift+Alt+I ** in Edge to edit your suggestions and send it.

    Regards,
    Xudong Peng
