Finding GUID of a Bluetooth IOS Device

When using 32feet.net package to listen to a bluetooth device, I need to have the GUID value of a the device to construct the bluetoothListener. See example below.
However, to connect to a ios device via bluetooth, which GUID(or which device function) on the iPhone device should I choose for BluetoothListener to listen to? I saw there are many device function available in the device. At the same time, the AVRcp Transport function in HUAWEI and iPhone seems to have the same GUID, which doesn't look like it's correct GUID to connect to and confuses me.
