Hello,
I am totally noob about sharepoint.
I need to create a document repository and I think to use sharepoint due to company use sharepoint service on Microsoft Office365 as Intranet web site.

The final user must access to a web page. In this web page there will be some folders for different topics and users can just see all files and folder. They must not modify/upload files/folders.

Just a limited number of users can upload files and create/modify folders.

Is there a ready solution to do it? How can I create it? I have seen there there is a document option creating a sub website.

Thanks so much for your help!

    Dear @JulieWang-MSFT,
I have tried to configure permission.

    I have done this configuration:

    23478-site-permission-2.png

    It seems to work...

    Hi @Federico Coppola ,

We could create a document library which inherit the permission of site to store files for collaboration.

Grant Read permission for most users in this site so they will not able to modify/upload files and folders.

Then grant at least Contribute permission for a limited number of users to add/update/delete files and folders.

Please refer to following steps to grant permission:

Click on the site settings> Site permissions> Advanced permissions settings>Grant permissions:

We could also add users to default SharePoint group with different permissions:
