sharepoint 2010 slow load pages

i have a farm with 2 wb servers, 1 app server and 1 sql server. yesterday i have a problem. every page that i open on my intranet site is openning very slow. in developer dashboard it's stands that i have problems but i dont know how i resolve them.212310-developer-dashboard.jpg

    i noticed that when i try open page, from servers 10-15sec i don't received any answers. on web servers i created NLB from two web servers but in the nlb currently i have just one web server. when i set two server. my nlb does not works. i tryed with restarting the NLB but nothing. maybe this problem with the NLB configuration.

    Please refer to the document here for the Network Load Balancing Deployment Guide. And I have found a nice article about specific to SharePoint 2010. You have to configure the the NLB nodes to use Multicast mode, that seems to be the conclusion. For more details to refer

    provided screenshot shows that page was rendered on server side quite fast (1065 milliseconds = 1 sec), may be there is some component on client side which causes slowness? Did you check browser console - are there any errors?
