Hybrid migration new-moverequest not recognized

On an exchange 2013 CU 23 hybrid deployment I always migrated the mailbox to 365 with new-moverequest command but yesterday I try to move the last mailbox to cloud and powershell dispaly the message that new-moverequest not recognozed and the strange thing is on the Migration page "new migration batch" is disappeared.

    Based on your description, I guess this issue related to the Exchange RBAC permission (Other admin may modify/remove a part of your Exchange admin account permission). You could take the steps below to check it:

    Check the migration request command contained in which admin group:

    Then add those admin permission to your admin account:
    212756-qa-kyle-09-36-29.png

    It is the same as Exchange online:
    212639-qa-kyle-09-39-39.png

    Permission, I would suggest you create a new Exchange online and on-premises admin account, because your account may have other permissions lost (You can also add them back as above when you find any permission is lost).
