Message are being sent to Junk folder in outlook

Hi,

When Support or helpdesk send message to users it ending in Junk folder.

Users and mailbox are on same domain.

How can I make sure none of the message within our domain ends up in junk folder

We have Exchange 2016 connected to Office 365

A Microsoft email and calendaring hosted service.

    @lalajee

    Have a check about those messages, check whether SCL in message header is high.

    A quick solution is to create transport rules for those senders to bypass spam filter on Exchange on-premises and Exchange online:

    In this way, emails sent from them will not be judged to be spam by Exchange server.
