Teams direct routing

Hello

We have a user who when we call his direct number (+44 12345xxxx) it says that the number is not in use.

This was working but has now stopped.

When i check the user I can see his line uri shows LineUri : tel: 012345xxxx.

This is not in the same format as other users LineUri : +4412467xxxx

I have tried up update this users Line uri PS C:\windows\system32] Set-CsUser -Identity email address removed for privacy reasons -LineURI +44 12345xxxx Set-CsUser : TelephoneNumber 01312397102 format is invalid.

No matter what format i set the number i keep getting the format is invalid.

I have also tried to set the users URI to be nul and also get told the number format is invalid.

    This was working but has now stopped.

    Do you mean this issue is suddenly happened and you do not any set any new phone number rules before this issue occurred?

    If your answer is yes, it firstly recommends you try to delete the phone number by running the command Remove-CsPhoneNumberAssignment and assign it again to see if it works.
