2022-06-17T20:55:26.49+00:00 One problem is that this is an English language web site and the vast majority of us cannot understand what you are saying in the video. I caught a few words and have a basic idea of your problem.
I see you trying to drag and drop an Access DB file, but I don't know what that is about. The size of that file could be a problem. Try using a smaller file.
There is a notification about Whatsapp wanting to show notifications, but it appears that you do not dismiss that popup. Click Allow or Block and see if that resolves the problem.
Start fresh. Close all the Edge tabs and windows. Then open a Powershell prompt and terminate all Edge processes. (Or just reboot!)
Get-Process msedge* | Stop-Process -Force
If some page, or more likely Windows Defender is still processing that ACCDB file, then that might be your problem. Instead of drag and drop, can you do a download/upload?
When you test again, don't have 8 tabs open. Only use the sites that you are mainly using for the test.
If you are running the most current MS updates, then there is probably not much that we can help you with.
