I updated WADK and WINPE to windows 11 version (22000.1) on our MDT server

Updated WDS boot image with modified LiteTouchPE.wim
Updated: LiteTouchPE boot ISO (can confirm WDS files are in boot iSO)
When booting off LiteTouchPE boot ISO system connects to WDS server and then drops after 5 or so seconds. no data is transfer. Proceeds to apply image. (Multicast is not working)
In BDD Logs I see client connect to WDS and then fail "This operation returned because the timeout period expired.".
WDS Multicast has been working for YEARS on our network using MDT boot disk. The update to WADK & WinPE 11 seems to have broken it.

It seems to be a known issue. The right way to add WDS multicast to WinPE is to install WinPE-WDS-Tools OC (WinPE optional components) into WinPE. For more detailed information, please refer to the official article:

If possible, we could try to uninstall the ADK and WINPE for Windows 11, version 21H2 (10.1.22000.1), then download and install the latest ADK and WINPE for Windows 11, version 22H2.

Similar situation here, and eventually the blame was on the switch... I was using a Netgear GS108PEv3 and I had to disable the "IGMP Snooping" under the multicast menu in its web interface (it was enabled by default). As soon as I did that multicast was working fine. I was guided towards the solution when I found out that a VM being on the same HOST as my MDT/WDS server could successfully use multicast.
Have you found any workaround/solution to this??? I have downloaded and installed the latest ADK and WINPE for Windows 11, version 22H2 and the issue still remains. It is exactly the same...
No, It turned out to be a networking issue with an update to our firewall. I would try using WinPE based on the Windows 11 21H2. (it can still deploy 22h2 fine)
