For your requirement, you can change the font size of Memory window through the steps:
Tools > Options > Environment > Fonts and Colors > Show settings for: Text Editor > Font
and Size
It is noted that the Memory windows(Memory Address and Memory Data) are displayed in the list of Display items:
.
Changing the font size will affect the entire text editor.
