Exchange 2019 CU12 MSExchange Control Panel Error 5

Question

When ever I log into exchange 2019 cu12 on prem ecp I always gets this error.

error
Your request couldn't be completed. Please try again in a few minutes.

This is a new fresh install install on server 2022 datacenter and has been driving me insane recently any tips to fix it? Thank you!

According to my research, I found a similar thread for you reference. But IE isn't supported anymore.
ECP error "Your request couldn't be completed. Please try again in a few minutes." (microsoft.com)

Could you try to open ECP with another browser? Such as Edge/chrome with in private mode to open ECP.

I have the same issue after installing 2019 CU14 on Server 2019, using any browser. We are in a M365 Hybrid environment.
