Creating App Service Environment stuck

I'm trying to create an App Service Environment (ASEv3) but the process stuck. I'm trying it for the second time already. The first time I tried to create it, I waited for about 3 hours before I deleted it again (yes, it already showed up in the list of ASEs). Now I have only waited for an hour but can't imagine that this is the usual period of time necessary for such a service to be created. The provisioning operation stuck is called "Create" and the provisioning state is "running".

I created the ASE on a newly created resource group. The region used is West Europe.

Does anyone know why it may stuck?

I get the same issue and I couldn't figure out how the answer could help. I'm stuck. The only thing I could do it's waiting the end of the creation process, but it seem never end. Is it the suggestion, waiting to the end (if it's ending one day) ?

I have the same problem. On the azure portal for the asev3, the status shows as "Preparing" but it's been the same for the past 2 hours and 7 minutes so far. Anyone advise how long this typically takes?

This is my first time provisioning an ASEv3 using terraform, it has been going for 2.4HRS and it is still not finished. This cannot be how long it takes, surely?
