Failed in WinHttpSendRequest API, ErrorCode = 0x2efd
I had recently created new DP, Configured to use HTTPS, CERT is fine. But Continued to receive below error in datatransferservice.log though firewall is turned off in both Client and DP. any guidance here?

Yes, it's required to add binding for 443 in IIS on DP if we configured to use https mode.
