I had recently created new DP, Configured to use HTTPS, CERT is fine. But Continued to receive below error in datatransferservice.log though firewall is turned off in both Client and DP. any guidance here?

Yes, it's required to add binding for 443 in IIS on DP if we configured to use https mode.
Here is the guidance to deploy web server certificate for site systems that run IIS:
