deleting comments with document inspector

I managed to delete all comments in a word document using the document inspector. This was unintentional (I only wanted to remove my name from the comment boxes) and now I want to restore the comments. Can this be done? To make things worse, I think I was working on a downloaded version of the file located in my downloads folder, so it was not even properly saved.
Any help, much appreciated!

Is Windows your operating system? In that case, you may find a downloaded file in the Downloads folder.

However, since you have made undesired changes, you could retrieve the original document instead. You will be able to get your older content back, including comments. Of course, any edits made recently won't be there.

    Hi @Maru ,
I tested this feature and I found you cannot recovery the comments that are removed by Document Inspector, there is no Undo to back.
