IIS 10 missing Trust Level

Windows Server 2019 IIS 10
My website is using medium trust level. I overwrite the web_mediumtrust.config by including the securityclass for DirectoryServicePermission. However, when i go to IIS manager and click the Trust Level, an error appeared with message "The selected trust level medium does not exist on the server. The dropdown list of trust level is empty.
I tried to reinstall IIS and overwrite the config with records from the given default config file but problem persists.
Please advise.

Can you show me the configuration of the website?

2022-06-22T00:16:48.31+00:00 I solved the issue. At IIS manager, the Trust Level of IIS server, somehow the level was not selected in the dropdown list. I selected Medium and applied it. Now at my website Trust Level, the dropdown list appears with a list of trust level for me to select.
