Hi,
We are looking into distribute templates for Word and Powerpoint automatically to new enrolled users.
We also need to update these templates, and redistribute these easy.
Anyone doing this today an easy way, trough Sharepoint, intune or other suggestions.

This can be done via SharePoint Online using the Organizational Assets Library. See https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/sharepoint/organization-assets-library for how to implement and use it. This will allow the M365 Apps to automatically see the template.

do you also know any other way to implement this? We use "Office 365 Germany". Unfortunately, the documentation states that the "Organizational Assets Library"-Feature does not work for us.
