Hello
We have set the global voicemail policy to use no language. If we change it primary language Dutch we hear 2 times the prompt.
We only want to hear this once and no second language.

Do you mean you will hear the voicemail greeting message twice when call redirect to voicemail?
Or you mean you will hear two different language greetings when redirect to voicemail?
I did a test in our environment but we could only hear the greetings once.
