Hello.
I recently have made the unfortunately mistake to upgrade the Xamarin.iOS on my Mac.
I now ran into a problem that my iOS project is no longer compatible with my existing version of XCode. I want to downgrade the iOS installation to a version that has a match with my XCode installed on my Mac.
Current setup:
Because I can't change my Mac (and I can't stress this enough) I am unable to update my XCode because my Mac does not support upgrade to the latest version of Mac OS.
How can I downgrade the version of Xamarin.iOS?

On Windows, the Xamarin.iOS version is bound to VS version.
