Can we stop DLing updates for 2004?

I deliberately check for updates prior to gaming. Windows says I need none. My internet gets real patchy and then it says that I need to restart to install yet another update for 2004. How do I stop auto updating 2004, I want off the train!

    If your Windows 10 is Home edition, unfortunately, no way to stop automatic update.

    If your Windows 10 is Pro or Enterprise edition, you could delay feature update by group policy, which is located in:

    Computer Configuration > Administrative Templates > Windows Components > Windows Update > Windows Update for Business > Select when Preview Builds and Feature updates are received.
