Azure Sponsorship Renewal

As a non-profit, we've been using the Azure Sponsorship benefit for several years. It is time for annual renewal and that has been approved. The next step as in years past is to contact Azure Support to have the Sponsorship credits applied to our subscription, but I've been unable to do that. When following the Ticket creation dialog, it continues to direct me to pay for a support plan even though on the same dialog page it says Subscription support tickets are included in our plan. I'll appreciate any help or direction on how to resolve this.

    Microsoft Azure subscription and billing related issues are currently not supported in the Q&A forums, the supported products are listed over here: https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/answers/products (more to be added later on).
    I suggest you create a support request over here: https://azure.microsoft.com/en-us/support/create-ticket/. The ticket enables you to work closely with the support engineers and get a quick resolution to your issue.
    FYI: Azure Billing and Subscription Management support is included in the Basic Support Plan without any charge.

    Hi,

    You should use for the Issue Type Billing, since Billing is free for all subscription including free subscription

    (1) Go to the Help + support blad:

    https://portal.azure.com/#view/Microsoft_Azure_Support/HelpAndSupportBlade/~/overview

    (2) Click on Create a support request
