    Hello Dear,
Thank you for your question and reaching out.
    Based on the information provided,
Press the Win+R keys to open Run, type SystemPropertiesPerformance.exe into Run, and click/tap on OK to directly open to the Visual Effects tab in Performance Options

    1. Check (enable - default) or uncheck (disable) Animations in the taskbar for what you want, and click/tap on OK.
If you don't see an immediate change, then you can restart the explorer process or sign out and sign in to apply instead.
      OR
Open file explorer, right click on "this PC" select properties.
Select Advance system properties, click on Advanced tab, under "Performance" click on settings.

You can either un-check animate windows when minimizing and maximizing, or just select "Adjust for best performance"
Click Start. Go to Run. Type in regedit and press OK.
On the left side of the box should be HKEY_CURRENT_USER. Click on the little cross to expand this folder.
Go to the Control Panel folder. Expand this folder. You should find Desktop.
Expand Desktop. This will bring you to WindowMetrics.
Now, look at the right side of your screen. Look for MinAnimate. If you find this value, go to Step 6. If you Dont, you’ll have to create this value.
Right click on the right side of your registry editor. Select New and then select String Value. Rename the new value MinAnimate. You can also right click on the new value and select Rename to modify the value name.

Double click on MinAnimate. A new box will pop up. Enter 0 in value data if you want to disable animations. Enter 1 if you want to enable animations.
    Exit registry and reboot.
