Parche para la vulnerabilidad (Follina)

Buena tarde Sres.

Por recomendaciones de nuestro SOC hemos descargado la actualización del parche CVE-2022-30190, pero tuvimos inconvenientes con algunos servicios, podrían ustedes ayudarme a aclarar dos preguntas: 

¿Los parches descargados tienen efecto hasta que se reinicie el equipo, y que consecuencias tienen si no se reinician?  
¿Este parche tiene algún inconveniente con SQL?

    If I understand your question, you are asking whether you should apply the security patches, and yes, you should. But obviously if you have a 24/7 service, you may make the decision to wait until you have a service window. But you also need to get an understanding of how likely it is that you could be a victim to the security hole.

    my question is if downloading a patch without rebooting partially applies it to my operating system and if it affects its operation
