Azure Kinect Viewer: cannot enable color camera

Hello, I'm trying to use Azure Kinect DK to do some body tracking as part of a research project, but when I followed the quickstart guide, launched the Azure Kinect Viewer and clicked on "Start", some errors occured. More details can be found from the attached picture and log.

If I don't use color camera (untick Enable Color Camera), then everything works fine, so I suppose this problem is not related to USB connection.

I checked the event viewer and found that the fault module name is C:\Windows\System32\ucrtbase.dll . I tried to fix it by running sfc/scannow, but it still didn't work.

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!

Thanks very much for your reply! Sadly I already checked these two issues before asking this question and it seems that they did not help. Their error messages are different and their solutions did not work here (except reinstalling windows but I would not like to do it now if not necessary).

I changed the log level from 'w' to 't' and generated a new log. I hope this could provide more information. 213893-k4a.log

By the way, I can no longer find the error message from event viewer now, probably because I have tried to repair the dll files. Nevertheless, the problem still persists.

Thanks in advance for your help!
