AZ-900 CBE01 Eligibility error

Question

Hi,

I receive the error message above which appears when I enter my work email, which for obvious reasons I won't post here, however it should be noted this account is a Google account since that is what my company uses.

I attended the course on 16th & 17th of May and completed both sections. Are you able to advise please why I get the error message attached?
