PC wont start up

I’m having trouble starting my pc, I’ve tried startup repair, system restore, a reset of the pc, and nothing has worked so far. I don’t have administrative access although I’m the only user on the pc. Any help on what I could do?

    As it seems you do not have an administrator account and the advanced recovery option is not helping you are left with an option of a clean install.
