You should report the issue to the Edge team using the Help and Feedback
link within Edge. I'm not sure that we can help you. But note that the issue appears to be with the site, not Edge. It could be Smartscreen blocking it so you could disable that and see if the issue goes away.
Microsoft Edge Collections Issues
Launched Edge today and when I try to access my collections I am getting the following error message:
"This Content is blocked. Contact the Site owner to fix the issue"
This is a personal device, no group policies applied from work, worked completely fine on Friday June 117th. No updates made as far as I can tell in the logs. Registry hive does not show any policy under software/microsoft/edge that would block this feature. I am the only administrator to this machine, work group policies are not applied.

2023-06-09T23:25:15.14+00:00 I have the same problem. It just appeared all white with a message saying that is block, I can't see any of my collections. I don't know what happen or how it happens. This is the message: "This content is blocked. Contact the site owner to fix the issue." Creating a new profile doesn't seem to be a good option, that means you will lose all your collections.
