How much concurrent session for one WVD can support if only publish app ?
And will there have any official document describe the WVD concurrent session limit?

It will really depend on the size of the virtual machine and the resources the application uses. There are many options for virtual machines to choose from. This is something that you would have to test and baseline with your application.

May be a publish app can be support more than 200+ user (if VM resource enough) or any reference case we can understand the Windows Virtual Desktop maximum limit.

Also you can choose the VM size for the session hosts based on the number of sessions required. Another option is to enable Auto-scaling.
