Azure Certification Certificates Missing from Dashboard

Dear Team,

I have completed 8 microsoft azure certifications. I can see all badges of certification but the certificate is not visible in certificate dashboard. I can only view the latest Microsft certificate and all previous certifications certificates are missing. My Azure Admin Associate Az-103 and Az-400 certifications are going to be expired but I cannot renew my certfication by attempting the renewal exams as it gives me error that I need to attempt those certifications first. Can you help me resolve the issue ASAP.

Microsoft Certification Program is supported on their own forums. I'd try asking for help with cert results and transcripts in dedicated forums here. (Participate\Ask A Question)
