Windows 2012 R2 Hyper-V event id's 20144 and 15130

Dear all
Good Day
I have problem with Hyper-V windows server 2012
the problem is when I tired to run VM an error appear
Error Message one of the Hyper-V components is not running

Your Advice please

Please try following steps to resolve the issue.

Step 1: Please try to update all your hardware driver and firmware.

You find the details of installable for serve 2012 R2 in following link.

Step 2: Please try the following example command to confirm your Hyper-V service is running or not C:\Users\Administrator>sc queryex vid C:\Users\Administrator>sc queryex vmbus

Step 3: 15130 - This event is logged when failed to start the virtual machine.

Retry virtual machine start. Please follow the instructions in below link.

Step 4: There may be some issues and the Hypervisor "forgot" to start automatically, you can try to use the following command in an elevated command prompt: BCDEDIT /Set {current} hypervisorlaunchtype auto Kindly feel free to get back with additional logs, incase your issue still exists.
