I have completed 8 hours worth of modules and earned more than 1000 points but the Microsoft Innovative Educator badge still hasn't appeared on my profile. Does it take time or is there an issue?

    Microsoft Certification Program is supported on their own forums. I'd try asking for help with cert results and transcripts in dedicated forums here. (Participate\Ask A Question)
