Maybe clearing the cache on the SCSM Management server helps:
- Stop all 3 SCSM services ( Microsoft Monitoring Agent, System Center Management Configuration Service , System Center Data Access Service )
- Delete the content in the Health Service State folder in the SCSM folder (e.g. C:\Program Files\Microsoft System Center xyz\Service Manager)
