Notifcations for Incidents are using old/retired Recipients - SCSM 2019

We use SCSM 2019 (Version 10.19.1035.0). The notifications I had set up for incidents 3 years ago seems to have old/retired Recipients stuck in the notifications, and it's not using the new Recipients that I have added to the notification. Is there a cache on the server that needs to be cleared to force the notifications to use the current Recipients?

    Hi @Samoyedny, Henry ,

Maybe clearing the cache on the SCSM Management server helps:

    • Stop all 3 SCSM services ( Microsoft Monitoring Agent, System Center Management Configuration Service , System Center Data Access Service )
    • Delete the content in the Health Service State folder in the SCSM folder (e.g. C:\Program Files\Microsoft System Center xyz\Service Manager)
