There is some bug with Remote Desktop Client Error code: 0x4?

I found that problem for many times, I'm using RDP Client on my Laptop have version 10.2.1817.0.

Before, I'm usually fix that problem, just login and move the cursor on the site.

But, that problem reappear again. :(

I dunno there is have some bug or error with software RDP Client or what
